About the Role We are seeking an Advertising Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of advertising specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of multiple client accounts, ensuring that their goals are met through expert advertising strategy, advertising tactical execution across Amazon core ad types: Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display, project management and leadership. You will manage a team that includes Amazon advertising specialists and Walmart advertising specialists. Together, you’ll focus on maximizing client ROI and brand growth, ensuring brand success on Amazon and Walmart, and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Oversee a team of advertising specialists, guiding them to execute strategies that drive client growth and performance. Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, including Pay‑per‑click advertising across Amazon’s core ad types, including Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display, and DSP. Manage brand forecasting, track key performance metrics like Sales, Paid Sales, TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, among other pertinent ad metrics, and deliver monthly reports on sales, performance and campaign results to clients and leadership. Ensure high level service delivery to all clients to maintain maximum client retention and happiness. Provide mentorship and training to advertising specialists, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with creative and other teams to deliver client campaigns on time and within budget. Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in an Amazon agency or similar role (Advertising Manager, EComm Manager, or equivalent). Experience managing and leading teams in an Amazon agency setting (Client Lead, Account Lead, etc.). Very strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console and other key Amazon tools. Strong knowledge using Helium10 and PPC Bid‑Management softwares (like Teikametrics, Pacvue, or Quartile). Experience across a variety of Amazon categories, including Grocery & Gourmet, with a strong understanding of category‑specific trends. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on driving measurable results (e.g., TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, sales growth). Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive, including associated tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.). Nice to Have Experience with CRM systems and project management systems like ClickUp Familiarity with Slack for team collaboration and communication.
