Provide production support, cloud operations, and DevOps capabilities to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise platforms. The role requires hands-on experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform , along with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and incident response in Azure and AWS. Key Responsibilities Support production and non-production environments (Azure & AWS) Handle incident management and participate in on-call rotations Manage and track tickets using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) Design, provision, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) Perform database operations (backups, changes, monitoring) Deploy and manage containerized services (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes) Maintain and support Azure Functions and AWS Lambda Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance Strong hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments Experience with: Infrastructure modularization Multi-environment setups (dev, qa, prod) Integration with CI/CD pipelines Ability to design, provision, and maintain infrastructure using IaC AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, S3, IAM) Git (version control) Docker / Docker Compose Kubernetes / AKS (basic to intermediate) Python or Bash (for automation) Understanding of GoF Design Patterns Experience working in production environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in production environments Clear communication with global and cross-functional teams High ownership and accountability Proactive mindset for incident prevention and automation #J-18808-Ljbffr
