You will work closely with a collaborative team to streamline processes and resolve title-related issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documents Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership Review surveys and perform survey readings Prepare and review closing packages Ensure compliance with New York State title insurance regulations and guidelines Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title process Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner Requirements Required Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in title insurance or title search work Hands-on experience conducting real estate title searches and preparing title abstracts Knowledge of New York State title insurance laws and regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Asana Experience using title insurance software Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher, verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TrackerPro title insurance software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Benefits Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects Supportive and collaborative work environment Weekly payments Growth Opportunities US Holidays Off when applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
