Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all actions comply with company policies. What You Bring to the Table: Proficiency in English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication is essential. Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A supportive, solution-focused approach to helping new hires navigate the process. Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
