Key Responsibilities Lead the recruitment strategy for operational, commercial, administrative, and leadership positions. Design and implement high-impact onboarding and re-onboarding programs. Strengthen the internal and external employer brand through internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives. Design compensation policies, including promotions, salary increases, bonuses, and incentive schemes. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and oversee proper payroll execution (including EOR, temporary staff, or distributors). Design and implement training and development plans (skills development, soft skills, leadership, product training, etc.). Implement performance evaluation models and KPI systems for commercial and administrative teams. Strengthen organizational culture and corporate values. Develop wellbeing, engagement, and prevention programs (Health Week, celebrations, self-care activities, mental health initiatives, etc.). Manage internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and provide guidance and support to leaders. Design dashboards, executive reports, and periodic management reports. Requirements Proficiency in English Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. Specialization in labor law and policy, organizational development, talent acquisition, remuneration or related areas (at least 2 -3 HR functions) 8+ years of experience in HR, ideally with exposure to commercial and retail teams. Experience implementing policies, KPIs, wellbeing programs, mass recruitment, and training initiatives.
