Tesys Networks is seeking a Senior Network Engineering Manager to lead and evolve the network infrastructure that powers our global live gaming operations . This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will drive the strategic direction of the network team, maintain global connectivity across all studios , and deliver ultra‑low latency performance for live streaming environments. This role requires fluent English and the ability to travel across the USA and Asia , supporting global studios and network initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the networking roadmap , aligned with company and studio growth. Plan and forecast network infrastructure investments for scalability, resilience, and cost‑effectiveness . Architect and oversee high‑performance, low‑latency network infrastructure across international studios. Define standards for redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery . Serve as the primary liaison for hardware vendors and networking providers (ISPs, MPLS, fiber). Supervise the outsourced NOC , ensuring SLAs are met and incidents are addressed proactively. Oversee the deployment and operation of firewalls and security appliances . Lead the integration of 24/7 monitoring tools across the network. Collaborate with IT, Development, DevOps, and studio operations to align network capabilities with production and business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electronic Engineering . Certifications such as CCNP or Fortinet NSE preferred. Minimum 6 years of network engineering experience , with 3+ years in a leadership role , including budgeting. Experience designing and maintaining multi‑site enterprise networks . Knowledge of MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, BGP , and network monitoring tools. Experience with low‑latency streaming infrastructure and FortiGate firewalls a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish . Willingness and ability to travel internationally (USA and Asia). Why TESYS Networks?
