Following our growth and expansion strategy, we are looking to strengthen our IT & Development team by incorporating a Business Central Developer & Consultant to provide support to our entire Americas team from our Colombia subsidiary. Responsibilities Collaborate in the development and analysis of functionalities and processes, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions for internal clients across different departments. Stay up to date with Business Central, Navision, and similar ERP systems, contributing to their adoption and continuous improvement within the organization. Provide technical support and resolve incidents with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Perform analysis and diagnostics to identify improvements in internal processes and systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and best practices. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in technical/functional consulting or software development, preferably with exposure to Navision, Business Central, or similar ERP systems. Good technical knowledge of Business Central, Navision, or equivalent ERP solutions, including basic development and customization capabilities. Training and experience relevant to internal analysis and development teams will be valued. Ability to manage tasks with a certain level of autonomy and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. High level of English (spoken and written). #J-18808-Ljbffr
