The candidate leads operational finance improvement initiatives in the Americas and supports global operational finance improvement initiatives. The Finance Process Development Lead is part of the Finance Performance and Quality Management team and works closely with the Internal Finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead operational finance improvement initiatives in the Americas, collaborating with various operational finance functions (R2R, O2C, P2P and MDM) to enhance efficiency and quality; Analyze and identify areas for improvement (efficiency, consistency, or quality); Develop and define improvements through process optimization, streamlining, and/or automation; Support global operational finance improvement initiatives; Drive a continuous improvement culture and encourage innovation; Develop and deliver business case justifications for process improvement initiatives; Lead discussions with multiple stakeholders, including Finance leaders, process owners, and finance technology/system experts; Collaborate with technology teams on the design and implementation of automations; Ensure improvements are implemented and embedded; Support ad-hoc requests and tasks. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Finance Process Improvement (consulting or in-house Operational Excellence); Solid understanding of finance processes, especially R2R, O2C, and P2P; Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements; Lean Six Sigma or other Lean Process certifications are a plus; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English is required; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of information with accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo; Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; Self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
