Job Description We are looking for a talented Big Data Developer to join our Regulatory and Compliance Technology team. In this role, you will work on high‑impact projects, contributing to the development of robust, scalable solutions that support regulatory and business needs. What You’ll Be Doing Develop business applications across the full software lifecycle—from analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver strategic solutions. Optimize and analyze code, including security practices (threat modeling, SAST, Sonar, etc.). Plan and execute projects following Agile methodologies. Manage internal tools to document Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across all project phases. Provide incident support, including planned interventions. Perform unit, integration, and regression testing. Manage tools and processes for release promotion and deployment. What We’re Looking For Experience 3+ years of experience as a Big Data Developer . Fluency in Spanish and English. Technical Skills Core (Senior‑Level) Strong programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript (OOP). Experience with databases such as Oracle (PL/SQL), PostgreSQL, or similar. Required Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, etc.). Knowledge of S3, Elasticsearch, and Angular. Nice to Have Experience with microservices architecture (Spring Boot) and OpenShift. Familiarity with Kafka. Understanding of DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Knowledge of Transactional Regulatory Reporting domain. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field. What Do We Offer You? Full‑time contract.
