Job Description The Mission We are looking for a data-driven, tech-forward Specialist to supercharge our outbound prospecting engine. Reporting directly to the B2B Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our prospecting efforts and leading our transition into AI-driven SDR automation. If you love turning messy sales funnels into finely-tuned, automated conversion machines, this role is for you. The ideal candidate is commercially minded and comfortable working hands-on in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities Sequence Standardization: Design, build, and maintain high-performing, standardized sequences within Apollo to ensure brand consistency and messaging quality. Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into Apollo performance metrics to track open rates, reply rates, and meeting-booked conversions. Continuous Improvement: Run A/B tests on subject lines, body copy, and cadences to constantly iterate and improve overall outbound conversion rates. Data Hygiene: Ensure clean prospecting data and seamless synchronization between Apollo and our CRM. Strategy and Operations in LinkedIn Sales Navigator Account and Lead List Management: Continuously build, segment, and refine strategic lists of accounts and prospects in Sales Navigator, aligned with ICP definition and territory assignment. Advanced Search and Prospecting: Leverage Boolean searches, lead filters, and saved searches to identify high-potential prospects; maintain and update lists with a defined cadence. Social Selling Enablement: Define and document best practices for the SDR team on using Sales Navigator in custom prospecting, including connection requests, InMail templates, and engagement triggers (job changes, posts, company news). CRM Integration and Sync: Monitor the Sales Navigator integration with Salesforce to ensure lead and account data flows correctly, with activity logging and duplicate prevention. Performance Tracking: Monitor Sales Navigator usage analytics and InMail response rates; report on pipeline contribution from the LinkedIn channel and recommend optimizations. Multi-Channel Coordination: Align LinkedIn sequences with email cadences in Apollo to create consistent multi-channel prospecting strategies that avoid contact fatigue. Vendor Evaluation: Scope, research, and pilot cutting-edge AI automation solutions and tools designed to augment the SDR workflow. Implementation Design: Project-manage the deployment of selected AI tools, mapping out integration workflows and training the SDR team on best practices. Project Review & ROI: Track the impact of AI initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering regular reports on efficiency gains, cost savings, and pipeline generation. Roadmap Management: Maintain a prioritized roadmap of automation initiatives and communicate progress and results to the B2B Operations Manager and senior stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Growth Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or fast-paced tech environment. Apollo Expertise: Deep power-user knowledge of Apollo.io (or highly equivalent tools like Outreach or Salesloft) with a proven track record of managing and scaling outbound cadences. LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Sales Navigator advanced search, lead and account list management, InMail strategy, and CRM synchronization with measurable results in pipeline generation. AI Enthusiast: Strong familiarity with the modern AI sales ecosystem (e.g., LLMs, automated personalization tools, prospecting agents) and a passion for testing new tech. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and translating charts into actionable sales strategies. Project Management: Ability to own a project from the initial "vendor demo" phase all the way to final rollout and review. CRM: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including native integrations with Apollo and Sales Navigator.
