Role Overview Business Development Manager – Colombia and LATAM. Promote and sell the Fintech as a Service platform to customers across America, including Gig Economy players, banks, neobanks, marketplaces, telcos, retailers, and any organization looking to build a Fintech solution on our API‑driven platform. Responsibilities Promote and sell the Fintech as a Service platform to target customers across the Americas. Cold‑call prospects, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close deals. Manage and operate the entity in Colombia and LATAM, acting as the liaison between local regulators and corporate functions. Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (and occasionally to the CEO for key accounts). Coordinate and drive local initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market penetration. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role. Strong background in the payment industry and experience with inbound and outbound sales. Proven B2B sales track record. Fluency in English and Spanish. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, autonomous, and a team player. Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented approach. Ability to achieve revenue targets in a challenging environment. Willingness to travel as required. Comfortable working in a global matrix organization. Onboarding & First‑Month Expectations Complete onboarding, receive corporate access, and integrate into the Movantis family. Meet key managers and senior leaders to understand company functions and objectives. Develop an in‑depth understanding of Movantis’s operations and business models. Meet with your manager to review the roadmap and quarterly goals. Participate in internal and external stakeholder calls as required. First 3–6 Months Generate leads and opportunities using knowledge of LATAM markets. Define positioning strategies and develop quarterly OKRs. Define area and country outcomes and lead key initiatives. Attend events and identify new markets and customer leads. Lead client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships. First Year Objectives Close at least 10 contracts with mid‑to‑large‑size companies. Reach an annual transaction volume (booked) of $50 million by month 18. Position Movantis as a reference Fintech as a Service provider in the local market. Ensure compliance with local regulations and new requirements. Represent Movantis at major regional events.
