Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a background in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. This role will support US-based customers, so excellent English communication skills are essential . The ideal candidate is technically curious, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to US customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues related to software, systems, or applications Clearly document customer issues, resolutions, and follow-ups Communicate technical concepts in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required Follow support processes, SLAs, and quality standards Collaborate with internal technical and customer success teams Continuously learn new tools, systems, and technologies used by the company Required Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical support, IT support, help desk, or similar role Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline Bilingual: Spanish & English Very strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic understanding of Operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS – basic level) Networking fundamentals (preferred, not mandatory) Software applications and troubleshooting concepts Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours Ability to work on-site from the Colombia office (El Poblado area) Nice to Have Experience supporting international or US-based customers Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.) Basic scripting or programming knowledge Exposure to cloud platforms or SaaS products Benefits Full-time employment with growth opportunities Hands-on experience supporting US customers Collaborative and friendly work environment Skill development and learning opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
