Title: Sales Representative – High School Student Recruiter - Colombia Location: Colombia Reports To: President of Operations Employment Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: USD $2,000/month + Sales Bonus Position Overview: The Sales Representative – Colombia plays a pivotal role in expanding student recruitment efforts and strengthening partnerships with education agencies, institutions, and corporate entities throughout Colombia. This independent contractor position requires a dynamic, self-driven professional with a passion for international education, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities Agency & Partner Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective education agents, institutions, and corporate partners. Conduct approximately 25 in-person visits per month to train agents, generate leads, and reinforce partnerships. Collaborate with agencies to organize and deliver promotional presentations, lectures, and events. Provide end-to-end support to agencies throughout the sales cycle. Respond promptly to agent inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Meet with prospective families to offer personalized guidance on school and program options. Sales Support & Client Engagement Assist agents and families throughout the sales and enrollment journey. Host meetings to support school selection, application processes, and program comprehension. Conduct pre-departure webinars to prepare students and families for international transitions. Marketing & Training Content Development Create and deliver training materials such as presentations, webinars, videos, flyers, and manuals. Manage the development of marketing collateral for events and workshops. Recruitment & Outreach Lead recruitment trips to partner high schools across Colombia. Represent the organization at national and regional education fairs, conferences, and workshops. Host school-specific webinars and coordinate custom events with agency partners to enhance brand visibility. International Enrollment Management Coordinate student arrivals and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Send welcome messages and emergency contact details via WhatsApp upon arrival. Maintain ongoing communication with students to monitor well-being and satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales, education, or international student recruitment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Colombia. Fluency in Spanish and English.
