Job Description In this role you will play a key role in Manage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling and resource coordination. Lead project teams to deliver projects that may span multiple business or technology areas but with less complexity. Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications. Track and manage issues using JIRA or similar tools. Apply basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet, and network architecture to support project delivery. Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on critical success factors. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Identify and elevate key issues and work with engineering and business units to resolve them. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. 4+ years of experience with project management, preferably in a technical or services environment. Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus. Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
