Insight Global is hiring a Payroll Administrator responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for Latin America employees. This role manages coordination across teams, maintains compliance with local regulations, and ensures all transactions are completed accurately and on schedule. This role blends hands-on payroll execution with analytical oversight to drive process improvements through data and system optimization. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong grasp of payroll laws are essential. The ideal candidate brings operational expertise and strategic insight to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payments across the organization. 3-5 years of payroll experience. Attentiveness to detail and ability to handle detail work in a timely manner. Strong work ethic, team player, and high degree of professionalism. Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve. Ability to work with confidential information. Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong skills across multiple advanced platforms, such as Microsoft. Strong understanding of payrolls systems and tax laws What You will do: Review, balance, and process accurate and timely payrolls for Colombia and assigned Latin America countries, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, statutory deductions, and one-off payments while ensuring regulatory compliance. Calculate and/or validate payroll components specific to Colombia and LATAM, including social security contributions, parafiscal charges, income tax withholdings, and other country-specific deductions. Support employee payroll changes by partnering with country HR teams for new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, leaves, and employee data updates. Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a strong customer service mindset, researching and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Generate payroll reports, perform validations and reconciliations, and support internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Present required documentation in case of audits or inspections (e.g. Ministry Labor and Employment, internal audits) in order to comply with the legislation and company guidelines. Conduct regular data audits including YTD/QTD checks; identify discrepancies, and initiative corrective actions as needed. Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of Colombian Labor law (statutory benefits, non-taxable compensation and payroll integration). Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate release of payroll bank files and payments to employees and local authorities. Maintain accurate payroll documentation, records, and process flows to support compliance, audit readiness, and scalability. Assist in building efficient and scalable global payroll processes. Troubleshoot pay related issues. Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and Accounting partners to ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
