We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Growth Analyst who knows how to turn strategy into real business results. This role is responsible for generating new clients for the company through effective digital marketing strategies. We need someone with solid, hands‑on experience managing campaigns, improving online presence, and consistently driving qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition and lead generation . Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns . Plan and execute Social Media Ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Oversee and improve the company’s website performance , ensuring strong visibility and conversion. Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data. Align marketing actions with business goals. Non-Negotiable Requirements Only candidates with proven success in similar roles will be considered. Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing . Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Social Media Ads . Experience managing or improving a website (SEO, conversions, performance). Verifiable results from previous roles.
