As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help lead our expansion across LATAM, with a particular interest in candidates based in Peru, Mexico, or Colombia. Your role at HFM will include: Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape. Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region. Travels to various LATAM markets to lead events. Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices. Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person. Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies. Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners. Requirements Proven experience in business development and sales. Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries. Experience working in or with LATAM markets (a strong advantage). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese. A proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented mindset. A dynamic and international working environment.
