As an In Play Trader, you will: Monitor real‑time sports events and perform live trading. Supervise and adjust data to provide precise and competitive live odds. Provide accurate and rapid results for any event across a variety of sports. Use both external providers and in‑house odds to optimise and customise our offerings and performance. Evaluate events according to their potential demand, offering the widest and most competitive market coverage. Continuously monitor bet placements, assess live event risks, and take appropriate measures to manage and mitigate risks. Ensure customers have access to the most up‑to‑date, competitive odds, enhancing the overall betting experience. Maintain effective communication within the trading team and with external stakeholders to ensure a unified and coordinated approach. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, finance). Strong interest in sports with a good understanding of various sports and betting markets. Proven analytical and mathematical skills. Experience playing on a sportsbook and understanding betting mechanics. A keen eye for detail. Ability to make quick, well‑informed decisions and work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Multitasking abilities and PC literacy. Fluency in English.
