Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex IT programs across Enterprise Architecture, Global Functions, and the SAP COE portfolio Define program scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and value realization metrics in partnership with business and IT leadership Manage interdependencies across multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and release trains, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise roadmap Partner with senior business and IT leaders globally to shape program vision, secure funding, and maintain strategic alignment Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across technical and organizational dimensions Develop and manage multi‑million‑dollar program budgets, including capital and operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance management Manage multiple strategic systems integrators, software vendors, and managed service providers across the program lifecycle Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s Degree 10 or more years of experience in Project Management Experience leading SAP COE operating models, including S/4HANA transformations and build‑to‑run transitions within a value‑stream‑aligned delivery model End to end financial responsibility of programs $5M or larger Experience delivering programs in regulated industries (medical device, life sciences, pharma) with familiarity in FDA, GxP, SOX, and GDPR requirements Demonstrated success leading M&A integration, divestiture, or large‑scale business transformation programs across global Finance, HR, legal, or compliance Nice to Have Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) and PMP or PgMP certification.
