JOB OBJECTIVE The Senior HR Advisor – Colombia leads compliant, high-quality HR delivery for the Colombia entity and may support other LatAm operations. This role manages the full employee lifecycle and serves as the key liaison with the payroll provider, ensuring compliance with Colombian law and alignment with global HR standards. You will oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with Global HR and LatAm leadership. Success requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to balance strategic and hands‑on work.
