About The Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping shipments on track, building strong relationships with drivers, and ensuring our clients receive a best-in-class logistics experience. You’ll handle the day-to-day execution of shipments, be an escalation point and problem-solve shipment issues while also contributing to process improvements and long‑term performance goals. Compensation $10 USD per hour (paid in COP), we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in our Emprendu85 office is required. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Anticipated Schedule: 3 openings Multiple schedule options available, flexibility is needed! What You’ll Do Manage shipment creation, scheduling, booking, tracking, and act as the point of escalation for urgent issues. Monitor on‑time performance, identify risks, and conduct audits to ensure accurate load and rate data. Partner with internal teams and driver partners to streamline workflows, resolve mis‑sorts, and support ad hoc shipment needs. Track performance trends and provide insights that help leadership make proactive adjustments to improve service. Foster a collaborative, people‑first environment by mentoring teammates and sharing best practices. Communicate clearly with clients, drivers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth and reliable execution. A Great Candidate Will have 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve issues under pressure (e.g., delays, breakdowns and truck delays) Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with drivers, clients, and internal teams High attention to detail with experience in auditing shipment or transportation rate data Comfortable using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and communication tools such as Slack or Zendesk. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and manage shifting priorities A customer‑first mindset with urgency in meeting client needs Data analysis skills to identify performance trends Familiarity with shipment tagging, automated disruption flagging, or carrier audit workflows Important Note This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally.
