This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in deploying ServiceNow, a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, and the broader ServiceNow Platform Suite. As a key player in a fast-paced ecosystem, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to guide clients toward success through tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact alongside the sales team to engage with potential new clients and establish credibility quickly. Analyze client requirements and work collaboratively with sales and delivery teams to architect optimal ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. Design, price, and scope ServiceNow solutions for prospective clients. Implement third-party integrations while addressing unique challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Participate in ServiceNow Pre-Sales Training programs as needed and achieve relevant certifications. Contribute to joint account planning sessions and assist in building future roadmaps for clients. Translate business requirements into Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and Statements of Work (SOW). Qualifications & Requirements: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a proven track record in Partner Management. Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp business strategies, operational processes, challenges, and capabilities. Proven ability to influence technical decisions by presenting options with clear pros, cons, and associated risks for key design and technical choices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to articulate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to present intelligent, thoughtful solutions that resonate with stakeholders. Why Join Us?
