Job Description AECOM seeks a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Environmental Data Management team, in support of Digital Sustainability and Digital EHS Operations. This position is based out of our office in Bogota, Colombia. Job Summary Configure, extend and modify software used for environmental and safety purposes. Understand client needs for EHS solutions and collaborate with specialists to evaluate options; design and propose innovative solutions. Coordinate across global networks of SMEs, colleagues, and clients to build business acumen and resolve problems. Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment: gather and document client requirements, create design specifications, support configuration teams, conduct system testing, design integration and data migration plans, and manage final system preparation for go‑live. Support project managers in managing risk and budget performance through task planning, tracking, and reporting. Act as senior technical expert for solutions such as Enablon, supporting configuration staff and performing advanced configuration. Provide responsive ongoing support for Enablon to regional project teams; resolve open issues and recommend best practices for functionality and configuration. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of experience in the EHS field, with at least 4 years using the Enablon software system. Experience defining and developing integrations, implementing key functionality such as dashboards and reports. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills; ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. Ability to research and resolve client inquiries independently, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Excellent project management skills: work prioritization, planning, task delegation, and setting internal performance standards. Experience leading new or start‑up projects where processes must be defined, implemented, and iterated. Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 Certification). Preferred Qualifications Experience in domains such as incident management, safety, audit & inspection, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, or quality management systems. Work experience in software development, environmental disciplines, or occupational safety. Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps. Experience writing or modifying code (e.g., C#, M, SQL, XML). Platform and/or solution certification in Enablon. Second language capability, especially Spanish, German, or Chinese (work is primarily conducted in English).
