You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia. As an Associate Quality Designer, your efforts will focus on ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time through active participation in test responsibilities while maintaining EA's high standard of quality. You will also improve the operational efficiency of QA efforts by assessing current practices and incorporating new strategies, and you will report to the Development Director. Responsibilities You will support quality testing execution and strategy definitions based on design document analysis, and manage progress. You will support communication between testing locations to keep track of technical risks. You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members. You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices. You will work on quality/process improvements alongside the leadership team. You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data‑driven testing scope. You will execute early risk assessment, escalation and resolution. Qualifications 4+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC or Gaming Consoles. 4+ years' of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes. An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies, and associated development risks. Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
