What You Can Expect We are seeking a highly analytical Analyst to support the delivery, tracking, and value realization of a global Pay Term Standardization and Supplier Finance program . This role sits within the Procurement function and is responsible for measuring program success at a granular, entity‑ and supplier‑level , ensuring that anticipated working capital, adoption, and financial benefits are fully realized and transparently reported. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, comfort working with complex and imperfect data, and the ability to translate detailed analysis into clear, executive‑ready insights. How You’ll Create Impact Principal Duties And Responsibilities Own financial tracking and analysis for Pay Term Standardization and Supplier Finance initiatives, from business case through sustained benefit realization. Develop and maintain detailed benefit tracking models to measure: Working capital impact (DPO, cash flow timing) Supplier adoption and participation Actual vs. forecasted financial benefits Track performance at a granular level (entity, region, supplier, payment term), while also providing consolidated executive views. Partner closely with Project Management, Procurement, Treasury, AP, and Vendor Master Data teams to align financial outcomes with operational execution. Monitor program milestones and deliverables from a financial perspective, identifying gaps, risks, or benefit leakage. Reconcile ERP, AP, Treasury, and supplier finance platform data to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported results. Produce recurring management and executive reporting, including dashboards, summaries, and variance explanations. Support leadership decision‑making by providing data‑driven insights, scenarios, and recommendations. Assist with program governance by supporting financial reviews, steering committee materials, and post‑implementation assessments. Ensure alignment to Finance controls, audit requirements, and documentation standards. Strong understanding of working capital concepts, including DPO, cash flow, and balance sheet impacts. Demonstrated experience working with large data sets across multiple systems (ERP, reporting tools, external platforms). Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial models, reconciliation, and variance analysis. Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and evolving program environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into executive‑level narratives. High attention to detail with the ability to balance precision and delivery timelines. Strong communication & presentation skills. Experience supporting or analyzing: Global pay term changes or standardization initiatives Global supplier finance / supply chain finance programs Prior exposure to: Procure to Pay or Treasury related analytics ERP implementations or large finance transformations Experience building and maintaining benefit realization frameworks for multi‑year programs. Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Travel Expectations Occasional travel may be required to meet and oversee implementations.
