Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on time, and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We are looking for a performance-driven individual with a strong passion for coffee to join our team as a Sourcing Manager. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining working relationships with current and prospective suppliers on behalf of the client Leading communication with current and prospective suppliers via email, phone and in-person interactions Leading / managing the sourcing team Assisting the client on commercial pricing and offer lists Representing the client at various industry fairs / events Taking overall lead on Green Coffee sourcing process for the client Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management Prior experience in the coffee industry or agricultural commodities (preferred) Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Canvas Laptop / Computer; consistent, fast internet connection Must be based in Colombia Work Hours - 7am - 3:30 pm Colombia time (preferable) Nice to Have Experience working with specialty coffee producers, cooperatives, or exporters Familiarity with sustainability certifications such as Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, Organic Exposure to international trade logistics or coffee importing/exporting Prior participation in coffee industry events, trade shows, or origin trips Basic understanding of green coffee quality evaluation and cupping Experience using CRM or sourcing management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents Benefits Work in an entrepreneurial and ownership driven environment Core knowledge and workings of the agricultural distribution industry Opportunity to grow within a young and dynamic international team #J-18808-Ljbffr
