Provides consultation and hands‑on support to help leaders, teams, and organizations understand, adopt, and implement change initiatives. Supports the design and delivery of change, learning, and end‑user enablement activities that address resistance, improve adoption, and contribute to successful business outcomes. Focuses on the people side of change related to business process updates, systems and technology implementations, job role changes, and organizational adjustments, with an emphasis on end‑user readiness and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provides change management, learning, and end‑user enablement support for defined initiatives and projects under the guidance of more senior practitioners. Supports small to moderately complex change or enablement efforts, contributing to project workstreams as assigned. Assists with change impact and readiness assessments to identify stakeholder needs, learning requirements, and end‑user impacts. Helps identify process improvement opportunities by gathering input, documenting current‑state processes, and supporting future‑state recommendations. Contributes to the identification of potential resistance, adoption risks, and capability gaps, and supports the development of mitigation strategies and enablement tactics. Collaborates with change management team members, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute deliverables across: Communications and messaging, Sponsorship and leadership support, Manager and team coaching materials, Learning and training content, End‑user enablement and support resources, Resistance and adoption management activities. Supports the design and delivery of learning assets (e.g., training sessions, job aids, guides, and performance support materials) that help end users adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. Assists in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or enablement activities as needed. Provides support to project teams and people leaders by reinforcing change and adoption practices. Helps track adoption, learning effectiveness, and change progress metrics; documents issues, risks, and feedback. Monitors end‑user feedback and adoption trends, escalating concerns and improvement opportunities to senior team members. You will be successful in this role if you have: Experience supporting organizational change initiatives related to technology, process, or business transformation. Exposure to learning design, training delivery, or end‑user enablement activities. Working knowledge of change management and continuous improvement concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create client‑ready deliverables and presentations. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and change colleagues globally. Willingness to learn and grow change, learning, and enablement skills through personal development and hands‑on project experiences. Additional Qualifications Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or related OCM certification is strongly preferred Experience working across global, multi‑cultural environments is strongly preferred. Multilingual communication skills are a plus Prosci Train‑the‑Trainer Certification is a plus PMP, Prince2, ITIL 4 or higher, Agile, Digital Transformation, Lean, Agile, Process Mapping and/or relevant instructional design and learning certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
