Join us to shape the future of finance business partnering.**Responsibilities may include:*** Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Support Sales Organizations with financial planning, forecasting, and expense reporting.* OneStream Ownership: Manage all forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) system submissions.* Monthly Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain monthly reporting and journal entry templates; provide ad hoc analysis as needed.* Standardized Reporting: Create and sustain standardized reporting and analytics to streamline processes across all Operating Units.* Centralized Expenses: Oversee FP&A activities for centrally managed costs (e.g., auto reimbursement, Presidents Club, credentialing, property taxes).* Cost Center Management: Administer all aspects of cost centers, including structure, ownership, and allocations.* Systems Collaboration: Partner with the Systems team to optimize tools and reporting capabilities.* Continuous Improvement: Utilize data and insights to drive ongoing process enhancements.**Required Knowledge:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting* 4+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience* FP&A experience* Expertise in leveraging systems and data for insightful analysis* Strong organizational and time-management skills; adept at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities* Knowledge of GAAP and Medtronic accounting policies* Ability to standardize work processes and procedures* Familiarity with Medtronic financial systems (SAP, OneStream)* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)* Ability to complete standard and repetitive tasks efficiently**Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.# **Benefits & Compensation****Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
