The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Responsibilities Lead compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory, customer, and food safety requirements across operations. Develop, implement, standardize, and continuously improve Quality and Safety policies, procedures, and management systems across multiple countries and sites. Lead internal, external, certification, and customer audits, ensuring effective corrective actions and sustainable compliance. Drive Quality culture and operational discipline through training, coaching, field presence, and continuous engagement with operational teams. Monitor, analyze, and report Quality KPIs, trends, customer complaints, non-conformities, and operational risks in diverse tools. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, IFS Logistics, SQF, GlobalG.A.P., and applicable international food safety standards across the regional network. Support customer relationships by addressing quality concerns, participating in business reviews, and ensuring alignment with contractual and operational quality expectations. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans related to customer complaints, food safety incidents, audit findings, and operational deviations. Promote standardization and best practice sharing across operations to strengthen operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
