Location: Bogotá What you can expect We are seeking an Engineer who can combine technical expertise, data-driven analysis, and sound engineering judgment to solve complex challenges. In this role, you will evaluate design, operational, testing, inspection, and maintenance data to conduct engineering assessments, develop procedures, prepare technical documentation, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive client success and operational excellence. Main responsibilities Using knowledge and available data to produce technical reports Defining and executing strategies for projects Reviewing and approving the work of others before issue Supporting department and Corporate management in successful delivery to clients Developing own technical knowledge and assisting with development of others Effective communication and mentoring of other individuals in department Assisting with group compliance with all QHSE policy and procedures Supporting department and Corporate with business development activities What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline Approximately 2 years of professional experience in an engineering role. Ability to understand and interpret industry codes, standards, and technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to analyze design, operational, inspection, testing, and maintenance data to support engineering assessments and recommendations Experience preparing clear, structured, and professional technical reports. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory). Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal (mandatory). Familiarity with ASME and NACE standards is highly desirable. Database knowledge is considered a plus. Previous experience in the Oil & Gas, industrial, inspection, integrity management, or engineering consulting sectors is a plus.
