About the role Computing, classifying, and recording client financial transactions to ensure the accuracy of financial records for individuals and businesses. Performing routine financial calculations, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Discussing technical aspects of services with clients. Developing strong client relationships and becoming our clients' reliable point of contact. About you Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study, required (work experience may be substituted for education). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required). 2 years minimum experience using QuickBooks Online, required. Willingness to obtain QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor certification within the first six months of employment. 2 years experience in customer service. Experience in financial report preparation, required. Experience preparing Payroll Tax Forms 940 and 941, required. High level of proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: Patient enough to handle disorganized records and piles of receipts, as many clients hire us when they need to get up to date with their books. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and self-manage as an independent contributor. Ability to contribute to workflow efficiencies.
