Job Description The Vendor Management Consultant in the Global Partner Management organization is responsible for managing the relationship and performance of Business Partner Outsourced contact centers. The role supports account and program management, documentation, business operations, and related initiatives for Visa services, including Concierge Services, Card Benefits and Promotions in contact centers across Latin America and other regions. The candidate will also support the business operational needs for Credit Product Offices. Responsibilities Manage vendor relationships and performance for outsourced contact center partners. Support account and program management, documentation, and business operations. Provide escalation support and program administration. Conduct research and analysis for operational issues and fraud detection. Interfere with cross‑functional teams such as Visa Concierge, Credit Product Office, Sales/Account Management, Compliance, and Legal. Act as liaison between vendors and product/program owners. Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for program enhancements. Qualifications Basic Qualifications : 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years of experience with an Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years of experience with a PhD. Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Preferred Qualifications : Self‑starter with a passion for driving results and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strong program, account, and client management skills with vendor‑management experience. Technical application support skills and attention to detail. Experience with UAT, reporting, and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build consensus, and deliver results with minimal oversight. Process orientation and knowledge of project‑management methodologies. Location & Work Arrangement The position is based at Visa’s office in Bogota, Colombia and is a hybrid role. The candidate will be required to work at least three days in the office, with exact days confirmed by the hiring manager.
