Logistics Coordinator (French Speaker) We are looking for French-speaking professionals to join our team as Logistics Coordinators. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills in French, who are eager to learn and grow in the logistics field. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service. You will support the coordination of cargo operations by managing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth information flow across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Communication & Coordination (Primary Focus) Communicate daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams in French. Act as the main point of contact for shipment updates, documentation, and inquiries. Provide timely and professional responses regarding cargo status, schedules, and operations. Help resolve basic issues such as delays, missing information, or documentation discrepancies. Perform other duties related to or complementary to the position, as assigned by the employer or immediate supervisor. Documentation & Data Management Review and process basic shipping documents (training will be provided). Enter and update cargo information in internal systems. Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders. Operational Support Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth cargo handling. Support scheduling and documentation for truckers and port operations. Assist with general logistics coordination tasks as needed. Skills & Qualifications Languages (Mandatory) French: B2+ (required) Experience Background in customer service, operations, or logistics is a plus. Strong language skills and willingness to learn. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Level B2 French fluency (Required) – must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
