Responsibilities Accompany assigned customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from project execution to after‑sales service. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling spare parts, technical services, audits, upgrades, small projects, and service‑related products connected to our extrusion solutions. Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value. Work closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management. Develop innovative strategies to grow the assigned market. Achieve and deliver projections for Order Intake, Sales, and Gross Margin for your customer portfolio. Responsible for executing the strategy of the area and providing reliable country Food service execution. Delivery of top‑quality service execution. First point of customer contact for service execution. Generate new opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, tooling and Food services. Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Profound experience in extrusion and pasta industrial engineering organizations; proven minimum of 4 years of service sales. At least 3 years of experience in technical sales. Ability to understand technical aspects of GEA products and services, particularly in pasta extrusion systems.
