Responsibilities Master and apply general design knowledge such as alignments, compositions, and typographic handling. Provide support for established projects and contribute graphic solutions and proposals from scratch. Collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to drive clarity, consistency and quality through all stages of the production process. Work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors that produces world‑class work. Harmonise style, craft intelligence, speed and scale to meet evolving needs of brands for innovative and eye‑catching content. Maintain pixel perfection and error‑free ad content, safeguarding quality with visual QAs. Requirements 3+ years of experience. Mastered Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop; Figma knowledge is a plus. Ability to keep files, layers, and folders organised. Experience with dielines and vendor specs for print projects. Can work independently when required, but also under supervision of a Lead. Contribute across all stages of production from setting styles to cutting formats and language versioning. Detail‑oriented, pixel‑perfect, methodic and solution‑oriented. Seek process efficiencies and help less experienced designers. Handle repetitive tasks and stay focused. Well‑versed in English and production tricks. Clear communicator working with global designers.
