Responsibilities: Assist attorneys and the legal audit team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain updated internal databases, logs, and document management systems. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient information flow and reporting. Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all case-related documentation. Requirements: Degree or technical studies in Administration, Law, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, ideally in a legal, compliance, or audit environment. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. English proficiency (B2 or higher) – reading and writing are essential. Experience handling confidential or sensitive information. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and task-tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Planner, Google Calendar or similar).
