About The Role As an Omnichannel Program Excellence Manager within our Bogota Hub, you will drive the successful execution of omnichannel programs and act as a central point of coordination, ensuring day-to-day project management, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple channels and initiatives. You will serve as a project leader, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in line with compliance and quality standards. The role is ideal for someone with strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and experience in digital and omnichannel environments. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of omnichannel initiatives, campaigns, and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure programs are executed seamlessly. Act as the single point of accountability for project status, escalation, and risk management. Partner with local teams including brand marketing, medical, digital, and agencies to ensure project ownership alignment. Coordinate with offshore and onshore stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates and action tracking. Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing across teams. Monitor project KPIs, timelines, and budgets. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and performance to stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare industries required. 5+ years of experience with omnichannel or digital marketing execution required. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse, global and local stakeholders. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority. Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change. Technical Skills Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Asana). Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural, and global environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Education University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science). Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/business analytics/management/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirable.
