The Opportunity This is a role based in Bogotá, Colombia. Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, effective technology solutions. Provide direct, end‑to‑end support to assigned business areas by leveraging deep IT and business expertise to analyze processes, define requirements, and develop business cases that drive operational efficiency and business value. Lead department‑level initiatives and play a key role in larger, complex programs by supporting program and project managers across multiple phases, from discovery through implementation. Contribute to business relationship management, demand and portfolio planning, and strategic roadmap development to ensure IT investments are aligned with business priorities and long‑term objectives. What You’ll Do Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Apply and execute standard information systems theories, concepts and techniques and assist in the development of standards and procedures. Partner with Corporate service providers to investigate alternatives, which use existing applications. May conduct training. Manage initiatives according to milestones and within budget constraints. Identify and implement process improvements. Independently conceive and develop general approaches to develop business requirements and business case. Exercise latitude in the approach to problem solving. Work is reviewed for soundness of business judgment and to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved. Determine and develop approach to problem. Handle medium/high complexity work. Errors or failure to achieve expected results may result in project delays or the expenditure of more resources than was planned. Work with minimal management direction. Monitor and organize the efforts of and business support staff. Guide the efforts of less experienced staff. No budget responsibility. May have indirect team responsibility.
