Senior Producer (Business Affairs Specialist) Flare BBDO is looking for a Business Affairs Specialist with a strong background in production to join our team in Bogotá. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, legal oversight, and financial management—supporting world‑class campaigns for global brands airing across the US and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with US‑based Business Affairs, legal, and agency teams to ensure seamless execution across broadcast, digital, social, print, audio, and experiential platforms. Your production expertise will be key to navigating challenges, managing rights and talent, and keeping projects on track from brief to wrap. What You’ll Do Review creative briefs with legal counsel to assess feasibility, risks, and compliance Manage NDAs, bids, and pre‑billing processes with internal and client teams Oversee contracts, licensing, insurance, and talent requirements Attend PPMs and ensure alignment across legal, creative, and production Monitor budgets, flag overages, and reconcile jobs post‑production Track and renew 3rd‑party rights (music, talent, stock, UGC, etc.) Compile final reports with all deliverables, usage rights, and financials Proven experience as a senior Producer in commercial, broadcast, or digital content Deep understanding of business affairs: contracts, rights, licensing, talent, insurance Strong financial acumen and production budgeting skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities Experience working with legal, creative, and accounting teams Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive Bonus: Experience in multi‑market production and international licensing Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Legal and Production Industries Media Production Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia #J-18808-Ljbffr
