The BilingualMarketing Coordinator(English/Spanish) will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compelling, and performance-driven marketing execution across the multifamily real estate portfolio. This role bridges marketing, operations, and revenue strategy to ensure our assets are represented optimally across all digital and physical platforms. This position oversees website accuracy, ILS performance, pricing feeds, market intelligence reporting, advertising consistency, and collateral management to drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and brand alignment. Key responsibilities include: Digital Presence & Listings Management Manage property listings across ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, RentCafe, etc.). Ensure pricing, availability, specials, amenities, photos, and property information are accurate and updated. Monitor listing performance, troubleshoot feed issues, and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Property Website Management Maintain and update property websites to ensure accurate branding, amenities, photography, and content. Coordinate website and asset refreshes as needed. Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements. Conduct market and competitor research, tracking pricing, occupancy, concessions, and positioning trends. Identify opportunities and provide data-driven insights to support revenue and leasing strategies. Prepare recurring market intelligence reports for leadership. Advertising & Marketing Coordination Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns, ILS enhancements, and digital marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance, lead generation, and cost-per-lead metrics. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Collateral & Outreach Support Create and manage marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, outreach materials, and signage. Develop standardized templates and support on-site teams with local marketing efforts. Revenue & Leasing Support Ensure leasing specials are accurately communicated, entered into systems, and reflected across websites and listing platforms. Conduct regular audits to maintain pricing and promotion accuracy. Partner with regional teams to align marketing initiatives with occupancy and revenue goals. Business Impact This role directly contributes to occupancy growth, lead generation, leasing performance, brand consistency, revenue optimization, and overall asset representation. Education / Certifications College diploma and/or equivalent in marketing or related field. Experience 4+ years of marketing, leasing, or revenue experience. Preferred: Experience with:Property Management Systems (RealPage preferred), ILS platforms, and Website management systems. Qualifications / Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must!
