Drive performance improvements, keeping costs low and service levels high. Oversee carrier sales and track & trace teams, ensuring smooth operations. Build and maintain strong carrier/vendor partnerships. Mentor and grow a high-performing logistics team. What You Bring 5+ years in logistics management, with proven U.S. market experience . Strong background in carrier sales, dispatch, and track & trace. A knack for solving problems, improving KPIs, and building efficient processes. Great leadership, communication, and people skills.
