Your Role And Responsibilities Manage Project Scope and Deliverables: Lead the project team to deliver a solution that meets the client’s requirements, while managing scope, cost, and schedule. Ensure contractual deliverables are met, and any changes are properly documented and approved. Apply Project Management Methodologies: Utilize project management techniques and approaches, such as the Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, and Agile Delivery Model, to drive project success. Lead Modernization Delivery Team: Guide the modernization delivery team and interface with the Client PM and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee Cloud Platform Delivery: Leverage experience in project delivery on cloud platforms, such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, RedHat OpenShift, or Google, to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate Stakeholder Interactions: Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Client PM, to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Required Technical And Professional Expertise Cloud Modernization Experience: Experience with continuous modernization, co‑existence architecture, refactor, containerization, APIs, Microservices creation, language conversion, and Database conversion. Cloud Platform Delivery: Experience in project delivery on at least one cloud platform, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, RedHat OpenShift, or Google. Application Component Understanding: Experience with application components such as System of Engagement (SOE), System of Insight (SOI), System of Integration (SOI), and System of Records (SOR). Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project management techniques and approaches, including Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, and Agile Delivery Model. Stakeholder Management: Experience in leading teams and interfacing with stakeholders, including Client PMs, to ensure seamless project execution. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Cloud Migration Strategies: Experience with cloud migration strategies, including lift‑and‑shift, re‑architecture, and hybrid approaches, to inform modernization decisions. Multi‑Cloud Environments: Familiarity with multi‑cloud environments, including integration and management of multiple cloud platforms, to support project delivery.
