The Role We are looking for AI‑first Product Engineers who are actively building in today’s development landscape, where AI is part of how software is designed, written, and evolved. This role sits within a Product Engineering team and reports directly to the Product Engineering Manager. You will contribute to building and improving product features using a modern tech stack, while leveraging AI tools and approaches to increase speed, quality, and impact. The ideal candidate is not defined by years of experience with AI, but by curiosity, experimentation, and a clear pattern of using AI to improve how they work and what they build. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain product features using modern backend and frontend technologies. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Use AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, and problem‑solving. Contribute to a development culture that embraces continuous improvement and modern engineering practices. Participate in discussions around architecture, implementation, and product evolution. Continuously explore new tools, workflows, and approaches that improve how software is built. What We’re Looking For We are looking for engineers who: Actively explore and use AI as part of their workflow. Stay current with how software development is evolving. Are comfortable adapting to new tools, patterns, and ways of working. Take ownership of their work and contribute meaningfully within a team. Are motivated by building and improving real products. Must Have Strong ability to communicate in English (Professional proficiency). Previous experience working with international clients. 3–6 years of experience as a software engineer in product environments. Strong experience with modern development stacks, including: Kotlin TypeScript React SQL Demonstrated use of AI tools in day‑to‑day development: Code generation, debugging, or refactoring. Workflow acceleration using AI assistants. Exploration of agent‑based or automation‑driven approaches. Ability to build, ship, and iterate on product features in a collaborative environment. Comfort working in fast‑moving teams where priorities evolve and iteration is continuous. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate product requirements into working solutions. Nice to Have Exposure to: AI‑powered product features. Agentic workflows or automation systems. API integrations and distributed systems.
