Intake & Customer Success Specialist – Medellin (On-Site) Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based litigation law firm, is seeking an Intake & Customer Success Specialist to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellin. About the Role: This is a full‑time, on‑site role supporting our U.S.-based litigation team. The Intake & Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in managing new client intake, ensuring a seamless client experience, and supporting ongoing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the client intake process efficiently, collecting and documenting all necessary information Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing guidance and support throughout their journey Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of client issues Track and report on client engagement, intake metrics, and satisfaction outcomes Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience Assist with follow‑up communications, scheduling, and documentation as needed Qualifications: Advanced English and Portuguese (oral and written) Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems Experience in client intake, customer success, or client services is a plus Ready to join our team?
