Job Overview Creative Designer (CD) – responsible for efficiently managing production tasks and providing essential graphic support to projects primarily in the digital domain. 1-3 years of experience required. Responsibilities Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs for marketing campaigns, internet platforms, print materials, and other promotional materials. Assist with the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials. Create and alter graphic assets such as illustrations, icons, logos, and photographs using design software and tools. Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas. Adapt and resize assets for various media platforms and formats. Manage production tasks: cleaning images, prepping files, preparing assets for delivery, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and build successful design solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and production techniques through continuous learning. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, content, development) to ensure design concepts align with project goals. Keep design assets organized and documented, including version control and archiving. Fast learner and apply best practices. Execute a variety of print and digital assets, including social media graphics, website designs, marketing collateral, and multimedia presentations. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions. Present completed ideas to clients and team members. Establish visual tone, character, and messages that connect with the target audience and fulfill project objectives. Cooperate with the rest of the creative team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline. Solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and design software. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma. Strong understanding of how visual elements and design choices impact communication. Attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment, consistency, and accuracy in elements such as text, graphics, spacing. A portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, layout, and originality. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Excellent detail‑oriented skills, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
