We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Market Unit Lead – Andean & Caribbean to be based in Colombia. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving performance across multiple countries, including Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, and the Caribbean islands . You will lead the development and execution of regional operating plans, drive profitable growth across all product lines (including AMS, DRS, and BGS), and ensure alignment between country operations and global strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with operational leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to scale performance across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Market Unit operating strategy and annual plan , ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. Drive profitable growth across all countries , leading business development initiatives and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies. Oversee and guide Country Leads and local leadership teams , ensuring consistent execution and performance. Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region. Identify and drive cross‑country synergies and efficiencies , optimizing network performance and cost structure. Ensure operational excellence , including security standards, service delivery, and compliance across all markets. Provide visibility into regional pipeline, opportunities, and strategic pursuits . Collaborate closely with global product leaders to expand adoption of AMS, DRS, and other strategic solutions. Strengthen relationships with government authorities, regulators, and unions across multiple jurisdictions, including Caribbean island markets. Lead and develop high‑performing regional teams , partnering with HR on talent strategy and succession planning. Protect and enhance Brink’s brand reputation and market positioning across the region. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA level is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and/or operational leadership roles, ideally in multinational environments. Proven track record of leading multi‑country or regional operations . Strong experience in business development and complex solution selling . Demonstrated ability to lead through others , influencing and aligning diverse teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution. Strong financial and operational acumen. High level of adaptability to different market dynamics and cultural environments . Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additional Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Willingness to travel frequently across the region .
