Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, designers, and other specialists. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad. Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Use metrics and data‑driven insights to improve team performance and product delivery. Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment are followed. Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing among team members. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and challenges. Foster strong relationships with other squads and departments to ensure alignment and support. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile environment. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Experience managing cross‑functional teams and delivering complex projects. Proficiency in project management tools and software development technologies. Experience with tools such as ADO and other Agile practices.
