As the Manager within Professional Services, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and consultants who deliver large-scale solutions to enterprise customers. Your mission is to ensure high-quality delivery, drive team utilization and bill-rate targets, scale the service offerings globally/regionally, and act as a strategic interface with the clients. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and scale a team of delivery consultants/engineers focused on engagements (design, deploy, migrate, optimize). Ensure consistent and predictable delivery of services. Partner closely with client to align services scope, pricing, timeline and resource commitments; provide input into proposals and offer managed services as required. Drive resource planning, staffing, utilization metrics, revenue forecasting, project backlog management, timesheet/expense approval. Establish and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes (methodology, templates, tooling, automation) to improve time-to-value, quality, repeatability and scalability of engagements. Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to highlight outcomes, feedback, escalations and future opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor with customers, ensuring the delivery team deeply understands customer technical/business needs, builds lasting relationships and helps them achieve security results. Manage professional growth, hiring, training, performance and career development of team members. Required Skills & Experience 8 years of experience in professional services/consulting, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role delivering security/networking services. Strong hands-on background (or familiarity) with (cloud-delivered firewall, secure web gateway, zero-trust network access, SWG, SSE, etc). Proven track record managing large scale deployments globally or across regions (multiple geographies, distributed teams, complex enterprise customers). Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: able to engage with Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success, Partners and Delivery teams. Strong business acumen: able to forecast revenue, utilization, margins, drive productivity, deliver customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and service renewal/expansion. Excellent communication and executive presence: able to translate technical and business issues, influence stakeholders at all levels, handle escalations. Preferably certifications such as CISSP, PMP or vendor-specific certifications (Networks certifications). Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent professional experience. Nice-to-Have Experience in automation of service delivery or cloud-based deployments (public cloud, multi-cloud). Experience building or scaling a Services COE (center of excellence) or automation tools for delivery. Experience working in a high growth, fast-paced cybersecurity company from a professional service or consulting standpoint.
