Develop the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data. The opportunity identification and risk management team monitors sales and operational status as well as other issues and analyzes risk factors through communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics and related careers. Define and lead the execution and optimization of a transversal sales service strategy (CRP: Customer Retention Program) that leverages Customer Service interactions in both physical and digital channels based on: Local market owned strategies, Regional and global CRP guidelines and market trend analysis. Lead and define the strategy for inbound and, in particular, outbound communications (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS and MMS) Analyze KPI performance, design channel strategy performance reports, and identify insights for decision‑making. Oversee sales and upselling operations generated at service centers, guiding the team to identify sales opportunities during service interactions. Benchmarking of the different eStore channels for the development of marketing strategies, as well as operations or activities involving execution to achieve KPIs.
