One Life Agency is an international sports-media-talent company bridging Latin America and Europe — uniting football, entertainment, and education through content, brand activations, and global talent shows. We manage players, produce large-scale media events (like the One Life Show ), and build global brands for athletes and artists. Role Overview We’re looking for a high‑performing, creative, and structured Graphic Designer to join our global team full‑time. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our visual identity system , producing daily design materials , and shaping how One Life’s story is seen across all digital and physical touchpoints — from presentations and campaigns to brand decks and social media content. This role combines hands‑on creative design with strategic brand organization . Key Responsibilities Brand & CI Management Build and organize a complete CI (Corporate Identity) structure on our Drive. Ensure all brand assets (logos, colors, fonts, templates) are properly documented and version‑controlled. Maintain visual consistency across all projects, campaigns, and presentations. Design marketing and sponsorship decks, social media visuals, thumbnails, YouTube/Instagram templates, and event branding. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create assets that match our storytelling tone and visual strategy. Create world‑class, visually clean presentations for partners, investors, and sponsors. Develop standardized templates for recurring decks (sponsorship, scouting, shows, etc.). Use AI‑based design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Leonardo, After Effects plugins, or similar) to animate logos and brand assets . Innovate new ways to combine traditional design with AI‑driven creativity. Work directly with the CEO, CGO, and content leads to align design strategy with business goals. Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple ongoing projects. Requirements 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand environment). Strong portfolio showing clean, modern, and brand‑consistent work. Excellent skills in PowerPoint , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and AI design tools . Ability to create and animate logos, intros, and short visual clips . Structured, detail‑oriented mindset — capable of building organized file systems.
